Returns
We accept returns. However only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
You can return most items purchased from Us within 14 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Product isn't used or damaged.
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Return EligibilityTo be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at andrea@andreadellart.com BEFORE returning an item, so we can guide you through the process.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will gladly offer a replacement (where available) or a full refund.Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s) so make

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper

are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to
